COVID-19 Response & Procedures


  • If we can help you and your pets in any way, we will, and if we can’t, we will find someone to help.
  • Pick up the phone and call us.
  • We are not going anywhere.

As Government restrictions ease and life resumes some resemblance of normality, we are continuing to make sure that we maintain the highest possible hygiene standards.


At our Kojonup practice we are still asking that only one client/ family is in our waiting room at one time. We would ask that you wait outside or have a seat in the garden and we will be with you as quickly as possible. In our Katanning practice, we can have a maximum of 3 clients at a time in our reception area.

We ask that you sanitise with the hand sanitiser provided on entry.

If you are unwell, showing symptoms of COVID-19, have had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 or returned from international travel in the preceding 14 days, please do not leave home or come to the practice.

Instead we are happy to help over the phone in any way we can.W

e greatly appreciate your patience and understanding at this time, as our dedicated team seek to care for your pets under trying circumstances. Rest assured we'll be here for your pet, your family, always.



If your pet is using ongoing medication or you require prescription or Veterinary food please call ahead to arrange. We have no current supply issues, however this is may change at any time so it pays to call us and make sure you do not miss out. Payments can be taken over the phone and we will post or deliver it to your car, if you have a current ongoing prescription.
